How A.I.M uses the Google Ads API

Amagi Tribe is an individually-operated affiliate marketing business that promotes third-party courses, software, and in-person events in the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia through Google Ads accounts it owns and controls. A.I.M ("Arquitetura dos Radares") is Amagi Tribe's private, internal tool for market research and performance reporting — it is never sold, licensed, or distributed to any third party.

Scope of Google Ads API usage

Market Radar (opportunity discovery) does not use the Google Ads API at all — it relies only on public web search.

What this tool does NOT do

• does not access any account without explicit authorization;
• does not create, edit, pause, enable, or remove campaigns, ad groups, or ads;
• does not change budgets or bids;
• does not move funds or make payments;
• does not perform automated bidding or automated financial decisions;
• does not sell or share Google Ads data with any third party.

Data flow

• Demand Radar calls the Keyword Plan Idea Service to retrieve keyword ideas and historical metrics for candidate niches identified by Market Radar.
• Performance Radar issues GAQL reporting queries against the operator's own, explicitly authorized Google Ads account(s) to retrieve campaign structure and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions).
• Retrieved data is written to a private database (Supabase/PostgreSQL) with row-level security scoped to the authenticated operator — no other user or account can read or write this data.
• Data is displayed back to the operator through a local, internal dashboard for manual review and decision-making. It is never shared, sold, licensed, or transmitted to any third party.

How this data appears in A.I.M

• data is used only for internal reporting and decision support;
• no data automatically approves an opportunity;
• no campaign, budget, or bid is changed automatically;
• metrics are only displayed when available and authorized by the Google Ads API.

Access control and execution model

Every real API call is initiated manually by the operator, in a supervised session — never by an unattended background process. There is no autonomous "set it and forget it" mode: the operator reviews and explicitly approves each write to the internal database before it happens.

The system additionally enforces daily call-volume limits per component and blocks automatic retries after a failed call without explicit human authorization, to keep API usage predictable and within policy.

Authorization and revocation

Access occurs only through authorization by the operator who owns the Google Ads account(s) in use. Access can be revoked at any time from Google Account security settings. After revocation, A.I.M stops making any new authorized calls.

Intended audience

Internal use only. A.I.M is used exclusively by the Amagi Tribe operator, on accounts owned or explicitly authorized by that same operator. It is not exposed to employees, contractors, the general public, or any external client, and there are no plans to distribute it as a product to others.
