2. Scope
This policy explains how A.I.M handles information related to the use of the tool and to authorized integrations with Google services.
3. Data processed
- basic identification of the authorized user;
- Google Ads account identifiers;
- campaign structure and metrics;
- keywords and research data;
- technical execution and error logs;
- decisions and notes entered by the operator.
4. Purposes
- authenticate authorized access;
- execute requested queries;
- analyze demand;
- generate reports;
- track performance;
- maintain security, traceability, and integrity.
5. Data obtained from Google APIs
Information received from Google APIs will be used only for the functions described in this policy, in the authorization screens, and on the "How A.I.M uses the Google Ads API" page. A.I.M will comply with Google's applicable user data policies for its services.
6. Sharing
A.I.M does not sell personal data or data obtained from Google APIs. Essential technical providers may process data only for hosting, database, security, and the operation of the tool.
7. Security
- authentication and access control;
- isolation by owner;
- encrypted connections;
- credentials kept outside of public code;
- principle of least privilege;
- traceability of operations.
8. Retention, correction, and deletion
Data is retained for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and applicable obligations. Requests for information, correction, or deletion may be sent to the published contact.
9. Revoking Google access
The user may revoke access in their Google Account security settings. Revocation prevents any new authorized queries.
10. Access, correction, and deletion requests
- requests must be sent to amagitribe@gmail.com;
- the requester must provide the email associated with the account and describe the request;
- confirmation via the authorized email may be required to verify identity;
- after verification, eligible data will be accessed, corrected, or deleted;
- a confirmation will be sent once the procedure is completed;
- some minimal records may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations;
- revoking access in the Google Account prevents new queries, but does not automatically replace a request to delete data already stored.
